Bellevue Borough maintains two public parks: Bayne Park located at 34 N. Balph Ave (Map) & Bellevue Memorial Park located on Bellevue Road in Ross Twp. (Map)
Bellevue Memorial Park
Memorial Park is a large rural park. The park consists of tennis courts, a baseball field, three picnic groves (available for rent), hiking and fitness trails, a kids play area, horseshoe pits, and a swimming pool with kids pool, slide, and diving boards.
2013 Shelter Rental Fees and Guidelines
All pool passes and party reservations must be purchased at the Bellevue Borough Hall. Passes will NOT be sold at the Bellevue Memorial Park pool site. Passes may be purchased Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 5:00pm and on Tuesdays from 7:00am - 7:00pm.
Residents will also be required to present a photo identification showing proof of residency when purchasing the passes.
Daily admission passes may still be purchased at the pool office during regular pool operation hours.

Monday – Friday 12:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. daily

Labor Day Weekend Hours:
August 31st – September 2nd
12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
***Admission to the pool on July 4th will be FREE!
Andrew Bayne Park
Bayne Park is located in the heart of Bellevue at 34 North Balph. The park features the community's library, a gazebo available for picnics and rental, and a variety of playground equipment. For more information, please visit the library's website.
